Do you suffer from Panic Attacks?

Northern Ireland Hypnosis uses powerful hypnosis methods to help clients with their panic attacks in 3 – 4 sessions. We have had a great success rate in eliminating or significantly reducing Panic Attacks.

Hypnosis is recognised as a potent Panic Attack intervention. Unlike other treatments which can take months or years to get any results, Generally the Panic Attacks are stopped after the first session and two to three further sessions are used to reinforce the change to prevent relapse.

The methods developed by Northern Ireland Hypnosis are now fast becoming the standard treatment method for panic attack sufferers. These methods are similar to the very successful methods used for years in helping people conquer inappropriate fears and phobias.

Panic Attacks & Anxiety

I used to get panic attacks every time I was in crowds. I tried medication and breathing techniques but nothing worked. Since my first session with you they were completely gone. I love going out now. Thank you so much
